Guidelines for Terms & conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made on www.smple.eu. We aim to always please our customers. It is therefore important that you read our terms and conditions before purchasing from us.
We make reservations for any price errors, sold out item(s) and delivery difficulties from suppliers. The information on the website is not binding.

payments
Smple receives payments from all providers. Payment will be charged to your account once the item(s) has been shipped. All amounts are incl. VAT.
Smple uses a secure payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your data is secure and is only accessible by employees within Smple.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping in Europe. Packages are sent the same day if the order is made before 12.00 on a weekday. You will always receive a track and trace number so you can track your package from us to you.
Danish orders take 1-3 business days and European orders take 2-5 business days.
Danish orders are shipped with GLS and European orders are shipped with GLS.
It is not our responsibility if you are experiencing delays from our delivery providers but please feel free to contact us.
Customs and/or other fees: for certain countries there may be custom duties and/or other fees on the item(s), which is not included in the price. Please, check with your local post office about such rules and regulations before placing an order.

Warranty
We cannot handle your complaint, unless you do the following: If you have a complaint, you must contact us at:

In the e-mail, please state the order number and an explanation of the defect.
When you shop with Smple, a 2-year warranty is given on products. The warranty applies to defects in materials and fabrication.
You can decide if you either want a new product or a refund.
Complaints regarding defect products must be communicated to Smple within a reasonable time after the receiving of the item. Smple considers two months as a reasonable time.
The complaint will be disregarded in the absence of improper or uncommon use of product.
Smple will cover the return costs. When you have contacted us, we will send you a return label. Remember to save the receipt from the courier as this will be your proof of postage. You must make the return to the address below, otherwise the return will not be approved:

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How do I make a return?
• To start a domestic return, click here.
• Buy and print the return label as well as the return form
• Fill out the return form
• Place the item(s) and return form in the original packaging, and seal the parcel well, so it is not damaged during shipping
• Place the return label on the outside of the package
• Deliver the package to your nearest GLS parcel shop.
Note: Item(s) sent back to us without the return form will not be accepted.
Danish orders
You must cover the return costs. The price for our return label is 9,69 EUR.

Note: If you choose to make use of another return solution than ours, we recommend that you purchase a solution with tracking number, since you have the responsibility of the parcel reaching us. If this option is chosen, remember to save the receipt from the courier as this will be your proof of postage. You must make the return to the address below, otherwise the return will not be approved:

Always remember to enclose the return form, containing your customer information.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. We will not take your exchange if:
1. The return deadline of 14 days has passed
2. The items are bought on stock sale
3. The item(s) are not packed securely and in original packaging
4. Hangtags or tags have been removed or damaged
5. The item(s) have been exposed to perfume, makeup, or smoke smell.
Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Foreign orders
We cannot provide you with a return label if you’ve purchased outside from Denmark meaning that you must send your package through a courier of your choice. We recommend that you purchase a solution with tracking number, since you have the responsibility of the parcel reaching us. Remember to save the receipt from the courier as this will be your proof of postage. You must make the return to the address below, otherwise the return will not be approved:

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defected or damaged in any way.

Exchanges
We do unfortunately not provide exchanges. The best way to ensure that you receive the desired item(s) is that you must return the item(s) that you have currently and place a new separate order for the new item(s).

Refund
• As soon as we have processed your return, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
• Once we have processed your return, we will issue a refund. We process your return within a maximum of 7 working days. Note that it can take up to 5-10 bank days for the refund to reach your bank account. That depends on what type of credit card you have used as well as your bank.

Complaint

Smple do not disclose your personal information outside the company nor resell it. You can have your information deleted at any time. Smple stores your personal data for five years after which the personal data is deleted.
We need the following information when you shop with us:

• Phone number
• E-mail address
